Two hosts, João and Rui, and one or more guests who change from week to week. No agenda. No slides. Nobody prepares anything. Bring your own drink.

The point is to stay current. What have you been exploring. What can you share. What did you learn from someone else in the room. An hour is short enough that nobody gets away with a monologue and long enough to get somewhere.

It is invite-only, and that is not a growth tactic. Ten people in a call talk; forty watch. We read every request and reply by email, by hand, which means sometimes slowly.
